Can I pay with credit card?

YES! You can pay using your international credit card or your PayPal account.

Do your clothes shrink in the wash?

All our fabrics are pre-washed, this means the items have gone through an initial washing and the initial shrinking that follows. So, while they may snug up a bit after a wash, they will regain their original shape quickly with wear - like jeans.

Do your clothes expand with wear?

Our fabrics (especially our Stonewash Cotton) may fit a little tight at first, but they do expand to the shape of the body with wear.

What if the item doesn’t fit me or if I don’t like it?

If the item you ordered does not fit to your liking, you are welcome to contact us within 14 days of receiving it and we will instruct you of how to proceed with a return or exchange. Please ensure that the item remains in a new and unused condition with all tags attached.

How do I return an item?

If you would like to return an item, we invite you to contact us within 14 days of receiving it and we will get back to you with specific return instructions. *Please note that refunds will be made upon the arrival of your order back at our studio in a new and unused condition. For orders purchased with PayPal the refund will be visible in the account as soon as the refund is processed, while for payments made via credit card once a refund has been issued it can take 7-10 business days to appear in the account.

How long before I receive my order?

All items will be ready to ship out within 1-5 days from our studio in Israel.

Shipping to U.S ==> door-to-door 10-14 days.

Shipping to Canada ==> door-to-door 11-15 days.

Shipping to Europe ==> door-to-door 10-14 days.

Shipping to Australia ==> door-to-door 12-16 days.

Shipping to ROTW ==> priority airmail 12-23 days.

What if I want to cancel my order?

We do our best to fulfill and process your order within 1-5 days of its placement, after which it is shipped out of our studio. Once an order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled, and therefore there is a limited window in which cancellation of an order is possible. If you choose to cancel your order please contact our customer service team ASAP! so that we can put it aside for you until your return arrives.

 

Do you have a contact phone number?

We do not have a contact phone number, however our customer service team goes to great measures to respond to your inquiries promptly and effectively. You are welcome to contact our customer service team via e-mail, with any inquiry, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

We are located in Israel.

Where are your products manufactured?

All of our products are manufactured locally right here in Israel in a process that respects both people and the planet.

Are you Fair Trade and Certified?

Our goal as yogis is to make clothes that feel good to wear, consciously! To us, this means an ethical approach in our conduct, transparency on all levels of production, and fair trade standards through and through. We proudly conform to the criteria of the Charter of Fair Trade Principles, uphold the strictest of European Standards, and are driven by a very clear moral compass to do better by people and the planet.

Is Your Organic Fabric Certified?

Our Organic Cotton line is GOTS certified which ensures fabric quality, environmentally friendly production processes, and high social criteria pertaining to labor conditions.

Do your Yoga Jumpsuits and tops have a built in bra? / extra support at the bust?

Our tank tops and jumpsuits don’t have a built-in bra as we believe each one of us needs a different kind of support. Our Criss Cross Bra can be worn seamlessly with both our criss-cross tank top and our yoga jumpsuits. If you would like some extra support we recommend you try our Racer Back Bra. And, if you are up for a funky look we invite you to try our Double Criss Cross Bra underneath.

What is your range of sizes?

Most of our items are offered in a range of sizes from S-XL. We are working hard on expanding our size range across the board, and are super excited to share with you that we now carry both XS and XXL in more items. We continue to strive to broaden our size scope and create more and more of your favorite items in a wider array of sizes!

How do I find the perfect size for me?

In order to find the size best suited for your body and style preference you are welcome to click on the What’s My Size button in the page of the item you would like and enter your measurements. If you're not sure how to measure yourself please see this helpful post. Of course you are always welcome to contact our customer service team with your specific measurements and the items you are interested in, and we will be happy to assist you (:

Will I be the same size in all of your items?

Because the various fabrics we use have different qualities and characteristics, there may be slight differences in fit between items, even when comparing the same size. The best way to choose the right size for you is to go into the specific item you desire on our website, and click on “what’s my size” and enter your measurements and wear preference. Please remember to check the recommendation of the size calculator on every item you desire, for, based on your specific measurements, the size calculator may recommend different sizes for different items.

What materials do you use?

All ripple items are made from high-quality natural fabrics. We have 3 main types of fabric: Modal, Organic Cotton, and Stonewash Cotton. The Stonewash cotton is dyed in a process similar to jeans dye. Our dyes are vegan and non-toxic. The Modal fabric is a fiber produced from beech tree pulp. With just 5% elastin, it is soft, flexible and comfy. The Organic Cotton, which is a healthy and natural fabric. Our cotton is grown free of toxins, the dyes are organic, highly recommended for sensitive skin, and good for our planet. All of our textiles are of the highest European standards, with fair labor all along the production process.

How should I wash my new Ripple garment?

Our items are machine washable. We recommend you use a gentle or delicate cycle up to 86 Fahrenheit / 30 Celsius, and hang to dry.

How can I see where my order is?

All orders leave our studio between 1-5 days of being placed. If you do not receive an email with a tracking number and link which will allow you to follow your package within a week, please check your spam or promotion mailbox. If you still can’t find it please contact us and we will send the details again.

If you are a registered user, you can check your order status by simply signing into your account, clicking your name and selecting My Orders from the dropdown menu. The status of your order will be shown throughout the entire process.

How can I get a promo code?

We have a promo code for a 10% discount on the first purchase when signing up to our newsletter. In addition every so often we offer fun and exciting surprises and promotions to which we invite you to stay tuned and updated via our newsletter.

Can I combine two promo codes?

Only one promo code can be used at a time, and does not apply to sale items.

How do I purchase a gift card

To purchase a gift card simply go into the gift card tab at the bottom right hand corner of the main page on our website.

You can enter the e-mail of the person you are gifting, and they will receive the gift card directly.

How to redeem a gift card?

After you choose your desired items, proceed to the checkout and enter your address and personal information, an option to enter your gift card code will appear on the right hand side, this is the time to redeem your gift (:

Do you sell Wholesale?

Are there extra custom charges?

We do our best to avoid customs charges on our shipments and in most cases they do not get stopped at customs, but it is completely dependent on your country's policy.

Are there any additional charges?

Some credit card companies may charge additional service fees on international orders. Please check with your specific credit card company.
